Replying to @possiblymc How to start a Montessori home? We must first understand what IS Montessori? Prepare ourselves as the adult. And then, we can slowly prepare a Montessori home by changing our environment to provide ample opportunity for freedom of movement, involvement, and independence. These things don't and shouldn't happen overnight. Our Montessori home evolved with time through our Montessori journey as we saw more opportunity and need to change certain things. The mindset of the adult is going to be much more critical in preparing a Montessori home than any particular piece of furniture that you do or do not have, so focus on seeing the world from your child's perspective over focusing on the Montessori activities for now! @mariaandmontessori
