A Baltimore City assistant state's attorney has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, police said. Baltimore County detectives in the Crimes Against Children Unit received a tip July 12 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about internet activity related to child pornography. The investigation into that tip led detectives to identify an address in the 8900 block of Kilkenney Circle as a source of child pornography being shared on the internet.
