Yes, once again I had to do this through the movie player. My ship wasn't strong enough for the mission, but I'd like to go into it later because it looked fun and reminded me a little of classic arcade shmups. There were also some easy battles with Blythe alone that were a bit exhausting. You're not missing anything there. Endgame is next week!
