The finance minister continued on the part of rationalisation of custom duty exemptions both- standalone exemptions and the conditional exemptions. "196 exemptions are under review and out of those 146 have been extended for a period of one more year. 30 odd exemptions have been rescinded all together and a few more have been extended for a couple of more years," said Atul Gupta.
